Fees and Insurance

We are currently not working with insurance and accept cash or credit pay only.

IDP assessment - $300

AODA assessment - $300

Aftercare, 8 weeks - $300
Outpatient Group Treatment, 8 weeks - $550

Outpatient Individual Treatment, 8 sessions - $600

At your assessment, a Driver Safety Plan (DSP) will be established. This DSP will, in
most cases, require you to attend education classes or outpatient treatment (individual
or group counseling). If you have health insurance, please check with your insurance
company to see whether your plan covers AODA outpatient services at any area
providers. It is also very helpful if you know what your deductible is and how much of it
remains for the year. If you cannot provide this information on this application, please
call your insurance company, obtain the information, and bring it along to your
assessment appointment. This information will allow your assessor to establish your
DSP on the day you are seen, rather than waiting for coverage information.

Cancellation Policy

Outpatient Treatment Cancellation policy:

​

Clients will be expected to pay $40 for any missed groups in which they have NOT notified
the AODA counselor at least 24 hours in advance. Clients will be discharged from the
program if they have missed TWO groups without contacting the AODA counselor.

 

IDP Cancellation Policy:

Clients will be expected to pay a $150 dollar no show fee.

If clients call within 24 hours to reschedule or cancel there is a $25 fee.
